Recognizing the importance of the Club to the City of Lowell and neighboring communities, Mr. Casella approached me during a time when the Club had been forced to restructure the staff, eliminating three full-time positions. One of these positions was our building superintendent responsible for facility maintenance.

Mr. Casella, without any fan fare or public recognition, offered the cleaning services of his company to off-set the cost of daily maintenance. This resulted in a costs savings of over $10,000 to the Club during the fiscal year. More significant is the fact that Casella Cleaning treated the Club like any paying customer. Casella Cleaning provided cleaning of our 55,000 square foot facility that provides programs and service to over 250 youth daily. The floors never looked better, the bathrooms are spotless, the attention detail impeccable, and the hours that they worked to accommodate our needs were endless.
